The Black Science Orchestra dont les membres sont : Ashley Beedle, Marc Woolford, Rob Mello (Robert Mello) et Uschi Classen (Ursula Beatrix Classen) ont enregistrés plusieurs EP’s (12) , singles et au moins un album ainsi qu’un cd de 1992 à 2009/2010. Né à Hemel Hempstead, en Angleterre - en 1962 - Ashley Beedle a commencé à mixer pendant la période Acid House de la fin des années 80. Après avoir entendu Norman Jay jouer des pistes obscures sur la station pirate Kiss FM, son centre d’intérêt s’oriente vers le disco. Ashley participe a une multitude d’autres groupes dont Afrikanz On Marz, Ballistic Brothers, Big Bottom Hula, Black Jazz Chronicles entre autres. Je post aujourd’hui "Varrio (SOS)" figurant sur le EP (12) "The Altered States E.P" édité sur Junior Boy’s Own Records JBO 22 en 1994. Quelques notes de-ci de-là de "Viva Tirado" - une composition de Gerald Wilson - popularisé par El Chicano.

Un peu de Fun avec ce "Varrio" en cette saison estival et de vacances pour la plupart d’entre nous. Pour nous ce sera en fin de semaine, je reprendrais l’activité du blog a partir de la troisième semaine de juillet. Bonnes vacances a tous !
